Subject matter and movement are essential to Bertrand Tremblay’s
painting. Though we may recognize an image, a reflection or even
a certain realism, it is especially through the alchemy of coulour
an a unique way of inhabititing space that the artist invites
us to participate in the creation of a work open to many levels
of interpretation.
The personal approach has its origin in patient experimentation
in abstract mode, an in an artistic quest endlessy evolving through
a deliberate expressionism. Bertrand Tremblay desire to paint
with émotion, with conviction, in complete harmony with nature.
